Next, we turn that conversation into a design.

Step 3: Residential Pool Construction Contract and Payment Structure

Once the design is set, we move into the contract.

Step 4: Permits and Approvals

After that, we handle the permits.

Step 5: Excavation Begins

Once permits are approved, construction starts with excavation.

Steel rebar is installed throughout the pool to create strength and support. At the same time, we install the plumbing that will run through the shell.

Step 7: Gunite Shell Installation

Next comes the gunite shell.

Gunite is sprayed over the steel framework to form the pool itself. This creates a strong, durable structure designed to last.

After it’s applied, the shell cures over several days. It needs to stay moist during this time to reach full strength.

Step 8: Tile, Coping, and Decking

Once the shell is ready, we move into the finish work.

Tile is installed along the waterline. Coping is added around the top edge. Then we install the decking around the pool.

This is where the space really starts to come together.

Step 9: Equipment Installation

After that, we install the equipment.

This includes pumps, filters, and control systems that keep your pool running. Modern systems are built to be efficient and easy to manage.

Step 10: Interior Finish and Plaster

Next is the interior finish.

This is what gives the pool its final look and feel. It also affects how the water appears once the pool is filled.

Step 11: Pool Startup and First Fill

The final step is filling the pool.
